My popular Pregnancy Yoga, and Yin to Yang Yoga classes are currently on hold while I’m on maternity leave. These classes are designed to improve flexibility, and support relaxation, making them ideal for all women, whether pregnant or not.

I’ll soon be offering online classes specifically designed for pregnancy and postnatal recovery. These sessions will provide you with the flexibility to stay active from the comfort of your own home while focusing on safe, effective exercises tailored to your needs.
Class Prices:
Drop-In Class: €15
6-Class Pack: €72
Bonus: All online class participants, including drop-ins and pack holders, will have access to Zoom playbacks for one week after the session.
For Pre/Postnatal Membership Holders: Can’t make your in-person class? Use your class credits to join an online session and enjoy exclusive access to the Playback Library
