If you’ve been thinking about getting stronger but haven’t quite found the right moment, this is a great place to start. For January, SheStrong classes are available as 3 classes for the price of 2 (only €50!)
Designed for women who want to feel stronger, more confident, and supported, without pressure or expectations.
SheStrong Classes are designed to get you strong for life. Pregnancy-friendly and female-focused, these small group PT classes are designed to get you strong and fit, no matter what stage of life you are at (pregnancy, postpartum or perimenopause)
With 4-8 women per class, you’ll get coaching, community, and a supportive space to get stronger.

Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays: 12:30pm
EVENINGS:
Mondays: 7:15pm
Wednesdays: 7:30pm
WEEKENDS:
Saturdays: 8:00am & 9:00am

Why these classes are for you?
These classes are here to make you STRONG for life.
Suitable for all levels, these classes are designed for women who want to:
feel strong
get fit
look after bone health
improve hormonal health
prioritise pelvic floor rehab
Keeping with the female anatomy front of mind these classes:
incorporate pelvic floor health and breathing techniques
prioritise lifting heavy (at a level apporioriate to you) to fit bone mineral loss
coached by a qualified pregnancy & postpartum coach who can tailor the class to your needs
support hormone health through a periodised muscle building and cardiovascular program
consider common injuries and complaints specific to female anatomy, such as pelvic floor issues, hypermobility, knee pain, lower back pain and impaired core strength
will get you feeling like the badass you are!

Bronze Membership
4 classes - €90 per month
This is for you if you’re looking for a supportive, female-focused space to train, want to have at least 1 hour a week to yourself and be able to build the habit of consistent training.
You’ll get:
4 class credits every 4 weeks to use across any Strength, Sweat, or Supple sessions
Flexibility to book sessions that suit your schedule (credits can be used anytime within the 4-week block)
BONUS ACCESS TO:

On-demand yoga and at-home workout videos

Silver Membership
8 classes - €160 per month
This is for you if you’re ready to commit to a consistent training routine, build real strength and stamina and stay accountable within a supportive women’s community.
You’ll get:
8 class credits every 4 weeks to use across any Strength, Sweat, or Supple sessions
Flexibility to book sessions that suit your schedule (credits can be used anytime within the 4-week block)

Unlimited Classes - €199 per month
This is for you if you want to train multiple times a week and take your training to the next level, building a consistent training routine.
You’ll get:
Unlimited class credits every 4 weeks to use across any Strength, Sweat, or Supple sessions
Flexibility to book sessions that suit your schedule (credits can be used anytime within the 4-week block)

Class Types
There are 3 classes to choose from:
2-3 total body strength classes a week, these focus on coaching a main "lift" such as sqaut, deadlift, bench alongside accessory exercises that support the female anatomy. We drip feed in running-specific strength exercises to help you avoid injuries.
Strength
Sweat
A mix of cardio kit, HITT and circuits, these conditioning classes build over a number of weeks to improve your cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance. Low impact options are available but classes are designed to reintroduce impact exercises in a way that is kind to your pelvic floor.
Supple
This mobility class is a perfect add-on to your strength and sweat training. Stay mobile to ward off injuries or wind-down after your busy week of training to ease out any aches and pains. Classes are designed to help release tension in your pelvic floor and hips, build strength around joints to help counter hypermobility, and bring a sense of calm and connection to you to your body.
