Baby & Me
Small Group PT
A baby and buggy friendly class that gets you feeling strong postpartum
Postpartum Strength & Fitness Classes
Small-group postnatal strength and fitness classes where your baby comes too.
These classes are designed specifically with postpartum recovery in mind to help you rebuild strength, fitness and confidence postnatally in a supportive environment with coaches who understand postnatal training.
Your baby stays close by you throughout the session in our dedicated baby space, with playmats, play pens and bouncers, and you’re always free to stop to feed, cuddle, or change your baby throughout the class.
Classes are suitable once you have been cleared to return to exercise, and every session can be adapted to your stage of recovery, symptoms and previous training experience.
Baby & Me memberships give you access to the following classes, giving you more flexibility as your routine changes:
Early Postpartum / Beginner
Designed for mums who are new to strength training or are in the early stages of returning to exercise postpartum. Smaller class size, slower pace and a focus on building the foundations first. Typically <12 weeks.
Baby & Me Strength/Fitness
Mixed-level postnatal strength and cardio classes to progress your postnatal recovery and return to exercise. These sessions focus on rebuilding whole-body strength and conditioning through graded exercise selection. Typically 4+months postpartum.
Buggy-Friendly Strength/Fitness
A full SheStrong strength session with space to bring your baby or toddler in their buggy. A playpen will be available but there will be no playmat space. This class is a combined class of SheStrong and Baby & Me members. Typically for older babies who are happy to stay in the buggy or playpen.

Once the pack begins, you are able to use those credits across any class, either Baby and Me Classes, or She Strong Classes, as long as there is availability.

If you can’t make a class, please make sure to cancel out of your class.
Cancellation window is 12 hours before, so if you can makes sure to cancel early so that you can get your credit back.

— Eim M“I joined SheStrong classes bi-weekly after seeing their flyer and it is honestly the best decision I’ve made postpartum! Not only does it get us out of the house, but it makes me focus on looking after myself for the duration of that class. I've been coming since July and it's truly helped me on my postpartum fitness journey. It's more than just a workout; it's a great way to connect with other moms while getting stronger.”
— Emma S“I trained with Sinead from 12 weeks post partum all the way to 11 months post partum and she has been absolutely brilliant. Sinead creates an inclusive relaxed atmosphere in her classes and makes sure to tailor exercises to your ability and to any post partum requirements. Being able to bring your baby with you to train is invaluable and it’s great to meet other mums in the area! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Sinead and her classes to anyone (but particularly expecting and post partum mums!).”
— Jennifer M“Sinead is a brilliant coach and trainer. She's empathetic, knowledgeable and in my experience her classes are great fun too. She knows how to push without being pushy, meets me wherever I'm at. Couldn't recommend working with her enough!”
— Sarah F“I started attending Sineads classes at around 7 weeks post partum. They have been my absolute favourite part of every week since. She was able to cater to my specific post partum difficulties, I feel stronger then I ever thought I would at 5 months pp. Being able to bring my baby is crucial to my being able to attend.
The sense of community in the classes is gorgeous, even if I have no energy from a rough night, I never miss a class because the other women bolster me up.
I cannot recommend these classes enough to any woman at any stage of pregnancy or post partum.”
