However it is ESSENTIAL that once your baby is crawling you look after your child and ensure the baby is not disturbing the other babies, the rest of the class or roaming free due to health and safety.

The class credits work across the block of eight weeks.
For example, if you buy a 16 credit pack over the eight weeks, ideally that is used as a twice-a-week pack, and you come in Tuesday & Thursday, or Monday & Wednesday.
Once the pack begins, you are able to use those credits across any class, either Baby and Me Classes, or She Strong Classes, as long as there is availability.
-
If you can’t make a class, please make sure to cancel out of your class.
Cancellation window is 12 hours before, so if you can makes sure to cancel early so that you can get your credit back.
If the 12 hour window has passed, you will not get your credit back - but please make sure to cancel out of class - to allow for those on the waitlist to book in.
She really understands the body, she works to build up your strength and changes up the exercises each class.

“I joined SheStrong classes bi-weekly after seeing their flyer and it is honestly the best decision I’ve made postpartum! Not only does it get us out of the house, but it makes me focus on looking after myself for the duration of that class. I've been coming since July and it's truly helped me on my postpartum fitness journey. It's more than just a workout; it's a great way to connect with other moms while getting stronger.”
— Emma S
“I trained with Sinead from 12 weeks post partum all the way to 11 months post partum and she has been absolutely brilliant. Sinead creates an inclusive relaxed atmosphere in her classes and makes sure to tailor exercises to your ability and to any post partum requirements. Being able to bring your baby with you to train is invaluable and it’s great to meet other mums in the area! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Sinead and her classes to anyone (but particularly expecting and post partum mums!).”
— Jennifer M
“Sinead is a brilliant coach and trainer. She's empathetic, knowledgeable and in my experience her classes are great fun too. She knows how to push without being pushy, meets me wherever I'm at. Couldn't recommend working with her enough!”
— Sarah F
“I started attending Sineads classes at around 7 weeks post partum. They have been my absolute favourite part of every week since. She was able to cater to my specific post partum difficulties, I feel stronger then I ever thought I would at 5 months pp. Being able to bring my baby is crucial to my being able to attend.
The sense of community in the classes is gorgeous, even if I have no energy from a rough night, I never miss a class because the other women bolster me up.
I cannot recommend these classes enough to any woman at any stage of pregnancy or post partum.”
