Move in a way that feels good for your body, whether you’re pregnant, postpartum or simply looking to stay active. These classes offer functional fitness, strength training, and yoga, with options to suit every level and life stage. Supportive, welcoming, and designed to meet you where you’re at.

Pregnancy-Friendly Functional Strength & Fitness

Where: Breathing Space Studio, Cork Street, D8

When:

  • Monday 6:15pm

  • Wednesday 7:15pm (Coming in Nov)

This class is a mixed-level, pregnancy-friendly class that uses a mix of TRX, kettlebels & dumbbells, bodyweight and banded exercises to get you feeling strong and feeling good. 

This fun, high-tempo class is suitable for all levels and is limited to 12 people per class to ensure individual attention and modifications throughout the class. Clients are asked to bring a clean pair of runners (or pilates grip socks) to wear in the studio to avoid slipping or dirtying the studio.

Pregnancy-Friendly - all exercises can be adjusted to suit you during your pregnancy. You must make sure to inform Sinéad at the start of class that you are pregnant and you must have medical clearance to partake in exercise.

SheStrong Strength Classes - Coming Soon!

Where: Fusion Fitness, Ravensdale Road

When:

  • Weekdays 8am & 12:30pm - Exact Days TBC

  • Saturday Mornings 10:30am


These classes are pregnancy-friendly and baby-free, so perfect for mums who are going back to work or looking to level up, pregnant women who are working or ANY woman looking to get strong with a coach who understands their physiology.

3 Classes:

  • Strength - total body strength classes

  • Sweat - cardio classes

  • Supple - mobility classes

  • Pregnancy Yoga - Wednesdays 6pm (coming November)

My popular Pregnancy Yoga, and Yin to Yang Yoga classes are coming back after my Mat Leave!

These classes are designed to improve flexibility, and support relaxation, making them ideal for all women, whether pregnant or not.

Online Pregnancy & Postnatal Classes

I’ll soon be offering online classes specifically designed for pregnancy and postnatal recovery. These sessions will provide you with the flexibility to stay active from the comfort of your own home while focusing on safe, effective exercises tailored to your needs.

Class Prices:

  • Drop-In Class: €15

  • 6-Class Pack: €72

Bonus: All online class participants, including drop-ins and pack holders, will have access to Zoom playbacks for one week after the session.
