Classes & Memberships

  • Baby & Me classes are baby and buggy friendly, with a maximum of 6 adults plus 6 babies. These sessions focus on postnatal rehabilitation and strength training, but are also open to pregnant people.


    SheStrong PT classes are not baby friendly and have up to 8 people per class. These classes are also pregnancy-friendly and focus on strength training in a small group PT environment.

    1. Class size and baby-friendliness – Baby & Me memberships give access to baby-friendly classes with smaller group sizes. SheStrong memberships are for non-baby classes only.

    2. Credit use – Baby & Me credits can be used across both Baby & Me and SheStrong classes. SheStrong credits can only be used for SheStrong classes.

  • Memberships include a set number of credits per month. These credits are not limited to a certain number of classes per week, so if you are sick or away for a week, you can use your credits in other weeks within the same month. Credits renew on the same date each month, based on your billing date.

  • You can book classes via the SheStrong PT app, available on the iTunes Store and Google Play Store. All bookings are managed through the app.

    • Morning classes – cancel at least 12 hours before start time.

    • Lunchtime and evening classes – cancel at least 6 hours before start time.
      Cancellations outside these windows will result in the credit being used.

  • The gym is at 110 Sundrive Avenue.


    Enter around the back of the building: go down the laneway past the car dealership, turn right, and look for a white door opposite “Studio D”.

    This entrance is buggy friendly.

  • Yes. You can purchase a 2-class top-up, which works like punchcard-style credits to tide you over until your next monthly payment date.

  • Yes. Fill in the form on the website or contact us and we will adjust your billing date. Depending on the new billing date, you may need to purchase a 2-class credit top-up if you wish to continue training during the adjustment period.

  • Yes, we offer 1–2 membership pauses per year, separate from giving birth, on a case-by-case basis.

    • If you are away for 1–2 weeks and on Bronze or Silver, you will be asked to use your credits within the month.

    • If you are on Gold and away for 2+ weeks, we can pause your membership.

    • If you are on any membership (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and away for 3+ weeks, your membership will be paused until you return. Credits will become eligible again once your membership is reactivated.

  • We can pause your membership until approximately 8 weeks after your due date. You can also change your membership from SheStrong to Baby & Me for when you return.

    Simply fill in the form on the website or contact us with your due date and preferred membership type, and we will make the changes.

    • Upgrades can be made mid-billing month, with the price difference applied for that month.

    • Downgrades take effect from the next billing date and cannot be applied mid-month.

  • Fill in the form on the website or contact us and we will email you to add your IBAN or bank details. You can then select these as your default payment method through the app.

  • No, class credits cannot be carried over. The only exception is if I am away and unable to provide sufficient cover; in that case, all memberships will be paused and restarted when I return.

  • Contact us and we will cancel your membership at the end of the current billing period. Mid-month cancellations are not allowed except for extenuating circumstances such as pregnancy loss, hospitalisation, or death of a family member.

Personal Training

  • Fill in the PT waitlist form with your preferred days and times. I will match you with my availability.

  • Personal Training is structured as a monthly membership for consistency. You pay for a set number of credits per month. Extra credits can be purchased if desired.

  • You must provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
    I will try to find an alternative time that week, or roll the session into the following week (within the same month).


    Sessions missed with less than 2 hours’ notice and no alternative time available will be counted as used.

  • Yes. You can bundle PT sessions with Online Coaching. At-home workouts and in-person sessions are separate, but discounts apply when bundled. Further discounts are available if you also bundle Nutrition or Habit Coaching.
