Ah, the old looped resistance band. If you’ve trained with me before, you know how much of a fan I am of it.

If you're looking for a piece of workout kit that's versatile and easy to pack, the looped resistance band is a must-have.

These bands can be used for a variety of exercises, from strength training to mobility work, making them perfect for maintaining your fitness routine while travelling. Their compact size means they easily fit into any bag, so you can take your workouts with you wherever you go.

Top tip: You can also get them in different strengths, so you can have one for your upper body work and another for your lower body strength. Genius!

Here are some of my favourite Banded Exercises that you can turn into a workout circuit at home, in the gym or abroad!

Banded Circuit Workout - 10-15 reps on everything. Aim for anywhere between 1- 5 rounds.
